[WBEL-devel] Can't download new kernel SRPM

Hello,

I can't download 'kernel-2.4.21-15.0.3.EL.src.rpm'
from http://www.whiteboxlinux.org/pub/3.0/en/updates/SRPMS/kernel-2.4.21-15.0.3.EL.src.rpm
because of 'You don't have permission to access' message.

Of course, it cannot download in a FTP mirror site.
Is my way bad??

Not sure why, I moved them all in via scp from the buildhost, but the srpm
didn't have read access for anyone except owner. Fixed, and hopefully it
will now mirror out.
